The update process is automated on your WordPress “Dashboard -> “Updates” page under “Themes”. Check the box beside your theme and click the “Update Themes” button to start the process.
Please Note: If you have made any custom changes to the theme code, make a backup of your existing theme and save it to your computer before updating. You can make a backup using the WP Clone Template plugin.
We do not have a set schedule for releasing new themes. It is a quality over quantity, and improving our existing themes belief. This is just as important to us as releasing a new theme.
It is a common misconception that WordPress is only used as a blogging solution. Actually, WordPress is a robust content management system (CMS) for professional websites and applications that maintains its ease of use not found among other website management platforms. WordPress can be used to create so much more than a blog – including business solutions, membership sites, eCommerce storefronts, online portfolios, SaaS sites, web applications and more.
Yes. Theme documentation is publicly available on our website. For further theme support, our support system are available to customers after the purchase (proof of purchase must be provided) of a theme.
No. We do recommend hosting with BlueHost. You can automatically install the WordPress platform with your hosting package.
Content is not automatically installed with the installation of a theme. However, we provide a content file for all of our themes (sometimes multiple files) which includes the “Live Preview” contest from our theme demos. The content file may be installed by navigating to the Tools > Import section of your WordPress dashboard.
If you already have a hosting provider, we can provide you with our theme setup service which includes the installation of WordPress and your WP-3Sqrd Theme. In addition, we can install demo content, so you start right were our “Live Preview” sold you.
If you do not have a hosting provider, we recommend Blue Host. They offer a one-click install for WordPress, making the installation of WordPress quick and instant.
Yes. This is an option with all our themes. The logo can easily be changed within the Appearance > Theme Options section of the WordPress dashboard. The tab it is on, depends on your particular theme.
Each of our themes allow different amounts of customization. At minimum, each theme allows customization of your Logo, Accent Color and Font(s).
If you are comfortable with CSS, our themes include an Advanced tab under Appearance > Theme Options, which allows you to override any of our CSS styles.
For the more advance, all of our themes are Child Theme ready. This is for the adventurous at heart.
You can access our support by submitting a support ticket here. Please send us your proof of purchase receipt (from PayPal) and site domain with your first request. Without a proof of purchase, we will not be able to provide support. We also will not be able to provide support for more than one (1) domain on a single site license or five (5) domains with a 5 site license.
You have support for one (1) year from your date of purchase. We are working on providing a support subscription for each license that is purchased to extend this support.
Support is provide via our support ticketing system. Questions are generally answered within 24-48 hours, with the exception of weekends and Canadian holidays. We answer questions related to our themes, their usage and provide minor customization guidance. We cannot guarantee support for questions beyond the code of our themes, which includes plugins and extensive theme customization.

We generally do not offer refunds, as there is no way to return a digital product. Unfortunately, it is one of the few tools we have to combat internet fraud. If you are experiencing any difficulty with the theme, we are more than happy to provide support and resolve the situation. If your circumstances cannot be resolved with support, you are welcome to contact us with an explanation of your situation.
